  • Knowledge of installation and maintenance of PC operating systems and application software

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphics, presentation and desktop publishing software used in PC's

  • Assists in installing, implementing, and supporting computer network operating systems and testing standard PC application software

  • Assists students and staff members with computer software systems and related equipment

  • Assists in first-line diagnosing/troubleshooting of computer problems relating to software packages and basic hardware issues

Full-Time/10 Months (Sept.- June)
