Full Time/12 Months

6:00 am- 2:30 pm Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Prepares and paints or varnishes interior or exterior building surfaces and allied equipment; mixes colors, as required; assists in hanging wallpaper.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools in construction, remodeling, or repairing  doors, window frames, floors, cabinets, furniture or makes concrete forms, as required.
• Inspects, repairs, and installs a wide variety of electrical equipment, fixtures, and wiring.
• Mixes and applies cement or plaster to floors, walls, ceilings; lays brick and tiles and finishes tile flooring; makes repairs to tile roofs, as required.
• Supervises personnel assigned to assist in performing one or more of maintenance duties as required.
• Installs and repairs roofing and siding; performs related mechanical operations.
• Keeps working tools, equipment, and work area clean and in good condition.

Supervises students throughout the school building, including halls, classrooms and during lunch and recess.

PT-10 Months (Sept.- June)

Not Required to Work During School Recess

Middle School : 10:30AM-3:00PM

John J. Daly Elementary : 9:05AM-2:35PM

South Salem Elementary: 10:00AM-2:00PM

Supervises students throughout the school building, including halls, classrooms and during lunch and recess.
